Policies 

Returns

       At Elia we value our clients and their satisfaction in purchases.  If a product is purchased and appears to be damaged, or the product does not satisfy as desired, you may receive a refund or exchange.  Please bring in the product to return, if half or more of the product is used, you will receive a partial refund. 

Late Policy 

      At Elia our stylists try their very best to accommodate all clients.  If you are running behind we will do our best to assist you, however if you are over 15 minutes late we can not guarantee our services.  We also ask that all scheduled clients cancel 24 hours in advance.  Thank you!
